Basic maintenance kit for Evo cook surface includes 3M brand pusher (plastic handle with ribbed metal base), 2 cleaning pads (#46), and 2 cleaning screens (Aggressive - consult the cook surface cleaning guide in the Evo Cookbook before using with ceramic surfaces). Comes with 2 inch waste container ninth pan. Cleaning pad and screen are reuseable (discard when worn out). Handle is dishwasher safe.
